I tried to use the WELCOME50 promo and it did not work. Now someone from Awe offered me a new code but it is for $29.50 .
- - Promo code WELCOME50 wasn't honored; a representative offered LR-AVT56V to rectify, and I want the necklace or the pendant order canceled.
Awe is not honoring their WELCOME50 promo code. A rep contacted me and offered me a "personal code" LR-AVT56V to "rectify" the situation , and I could order the Belladonna Crystal Necklace.
It was only a $29.50 off code! Now- I ordered the Belladonna potion pendant yesterday and since it was $185 I could not use the code , but I wanted to get the necklace for the pendant .
So either FIX this or cancel the pendant order too. This is super scammy.

How dissapointing I really wanted a positive solution I ordered an Achilles signet ring. It is not what I received a Venus ring.
I was told they responded to me to resolve the issue. I FOUND NO RESPONSE.
I then called a number given to me someone picked up and hung up on me. Reported to better business bureau

I have spent a lot of my money with you and now look more closely at my purchases as if I was mistaken in buying them thinking that the they were bought in error. Maybe their quality was not equal to the amount I had spent.

I bought the Virgo chain as a gift for my mother but when she received it the chain was not as the picture showed the chain has two little holes on the side I guess its to adjust the chain length and she does not like that she would like to keep the Virgo charm Do you have any chains that do not have the holes in them to adjust or if you do not can we exchange the silver chain for another Virgo charm but this one in gold in exchange for the chain price this is why Id like to speak to somebody so that we can figure out our options
Preferred solution: Another charm in exchange for the chain , same Virgo charm but this one in gold , that is if you do not offer a chain without the holes for adjustment
